Couch to 5K
Our Couch to 5K training program starts on Tuesday, September 6, 2022!
"Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop."
Training takes place on Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 6 – November 1
5K will be on Sunday, November 6 afternoon on the B&O Trail
Participants will receive a shirt!
