Boot Camp is a results-driven, fitness conditioning program for men and women with two 45 minute classes per week. This class provides accountability and encouragement. Participants are encouraged to perform exercises to their personal fitness level through the interval style training.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:15 - 6:00 a.m.
COVID guidelines for your safety: socially distanced spots in Gym, masks required when away from workout spot. Temperature check and health screening questions at entry. Please bring your own water, mat and equipment, if you have it (especially a mat) to reduce sharing and cleaning. If not, equipment is provided.
