Virtual Boot Camp

Virtual Boot Camp is a results-driven, fitness conditioning program for men and women with two sessions per week. This class provides accountability and encouragement. Participants can expect improvements in cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and reductions in body fat. Participants are encouraged to perform exercises to their personal fitness level through the interval style training.

  • 4 weeks (April 7 – 30)
  • 2 workouts per week, emailed to you!
  • 30 minute workouts!
  • Cost: $15
  • Closed Facebook group for participants
  • Equipment needed: Ideally, a set of dumbbells or other resistance, such as canned goods
