Mini Marathon Training
Start out the year by challenging yourself to run the Indy Mini Marathon! Not only will you conquer your goal, but you will gain an amazing community doing it alongside you.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Weekly training runs and walks on Thursday evenings. Training schedules designed for your level of training. Running, walking & run/walk groups at a variety of paces available. Educational presentations covering essential information. Pre-race pasta banquet. Sweatshirt included. This training program DOES NOT include entry registration into any of the area half-marathons.
16 Week Training Program
January 21 - May 5, 2021
If you are training for a half marathon, it's helpful to reduce injuries to come into the program with a 2-3 mile base.
COVID 19 Safety Precautions:
- Masks are required at all times inside the building. Masks can be taken off for the run/walk outside.
- Socially distanced seating inside.
