What is CIY Move?
Make summer more than beach vacations and sleeping in.
Held on the campus of Wheaton College, Move is a five-day camp designed specifically for current 8th - 9th grade students with incredible speakers, worship, and fun all mixed together. Alongside their friends and adult leader, students experience both large group gatherings and time with their small groups to help them take next steps in their faith.
This trip will have limited spots and registrations will be a on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We do not want finances to stand in the way of a student attending these life transforming events! That is why we offer scholarships. We do ask families to cover as much as they can afford and avoid using a scholarship to simply reduce the cost when they can afford the trip. This ensures as many students as possible have the opportunity to attend who otherwise would not.
If you would like to register but need financial assistance, please click here and fill out the scholarship application. After completing the application, you will be contacted by the student coordinator with confirmation within 3 business days and will then be able to register accordingly.
If you would like additional information about scholarships, please contact the student coordinator at .
Any cancellation made prior to 60 days before the event will receive a full refund. Any cancellation made less than 60 days prior to the start of the event will forfeit their original deposit, but receive a refund of any additional amounts already paid if Connection Pointe is able to fill this registration spot with another registrant. Cancellations must be made through contacting the Student Ministry Coordinator, and individuals should obtain a confirmation of cancellation to receive any refund.
What kind of supervision will there be on the trip?
We take adult leaders who have been thoroughly vetted and completed background checks. Most leaders are those who have mentored the students throughout the year. Ratios are generally around a 1:7 ratio.
How do you keep track of each student?
Students are assigned to a room and group with a leader who is responsible for them. Attendance is accounted for every time the group goes to a worship session or activity. The vast majority of the time, students are with the group and leaders.
What type of transportation do you use?
We rent buses from bus rental companies.
How do you determine rooming assignments?
Housing at Wheaton College is generally 2 students per dorm room (more if we are assigned suites). During the registration process, you will express roommate preferences. Our goal is for every student to be in a room with at least one friend.
What do students need to bring on the trip?
Once registered, the trip coordinator will send you detailed information as the trip gets closer, including any packing instructions.
What if I have additional questions?
