Couch to 5K
Our Couch to 5K training program starts on Tuesday, September 10!
"Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until after 9 weeks, you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop."
Training takes place on Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
September 10 – November 5
5K takes places on Sunday, November 10 at 3pm
Participants will receive a shirt!
