Couch to 5K
Our Couch to 5K training program starts on Tuesday, September 8, 2020!
"Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop."
Training takes place on Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 8 – November 3
5K takes places on Saturday, November 7
Participants will receive a shirt!
