Couch to 5K
Our Couch to 5K training program starts on Tuesday, September 7, 2021!
"Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until you're ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop."
Training takes place on Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 7 – November 2
5K will be on Sunday, November 7 afternoon on the B&O Trail
Participants will receive a shirt!
