Wedding and Funeral Coordinator 

Represent Connection Pointe and provide support to families and guests during weddings and funerals. This is a part-time role, scheduled as needed.

CONNECTIONS

Community (Connections) Pastor 

Oversees the Weekend Connections Department including staff and volunteers who greet, serve communion, work at Connection Corner, parking lot and host team.  Create clear pathways and next steps.  Also supervises the Library, Reception Desk, and the Café.  This person will act as a community liaison serving to represent CPCC in community affairs and relations.  Reports to the Campus Pastor.

ADULTS

Small Groups Pastor 

Oversees Small Group Directors/Pastors who assimilate the church body into small groups both locally and digitally.  Under the umbrella of small groups, ensure that the church body is resourced and trained to provide care to one another, serve together and meet together. This person oversees curriculum for Small Groups creating companion curriculum for sermon series.  There is a heavy focus on raising up lay leadership related to small groups.  Collaboration with the Digital team reaching small groups outside of our local community. BROWNSBURG CAMPUS

Campus Pastor

Oversees weekend services and other events held on the Brownsburg Campus. Manages the Children’s, Students, Next Gen, Small Groups, Community Impact and Connections teams and reports directly to the Executive Pastor.  The Campus pastor teaches membership classes (All In), Discovering CP, Starting Pointe.  Leads assimilation of new attenders helping them navigate their way to becoming part of the committed core. Shepherds and leads members, guests and staff.  Performs weddings, funerals and baptisms and teaches at weekend services as required.

Our Students Ministry Team is looking for a Worship Leader to lead the direction and planning for our middle school and high school ministries.  The ideal candidate will be able to train and mentor our student musicians as well as serve as the worship leader in the Students environment as needed.

The Sports and Fitness Ministry is looking for a Sports and Fitness Ministry Assistant to join their team.  This individual will provide oversight to the Adult Men’s basketball league and potentially other adult leagues as well.  This is a part-time role, Sunday evenings and two weekdays/evenings.

ACADEMY

The Academy teaching positions require a high school diploma and a demonstration of a personal relationship with Christ. A degree in Early Childhood Education and/or previous daycare experience is preferred. Unless otherwise noted, all positions are 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and are eligible for the Full-Time Benefit Package.

The Academy is accepting applications for Team Leaders (full time) and Co-Leaders (full time and part-time). The full-time hours are 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. The part-time hours are late afternoon. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma, demonstrate a relationship with Christ and have previous childcare experience.
