We have recruited from the response team a Technical Support Team to troubleshoot technical problems for viewers who may not know how to  watch livestream services on their television. This may include those watching directly from the TV, through the app, Roku, Apple TV, casting from their phone, etc...

This team will run similarly to our response team as individuals will be able to text in that they need help and we will deploy the volunteer team to connect with the individual and go to their home to help provide some basic troubleshooting or set up.
