We are passionate about raising the strongest generation, including those God has called to lead in ministry. With that in mind, Connection Pointe’s Residency Program is designed to equip and train the next generation of ministry leaders for a lifetime of sustainable, healthy, and impactful ministry.
Connection Pointe’s Residency is a two-year leadership development program for those called to vocational ministry. It is designed to give hands-on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church while receiving personal mentoring, leadership training, and spiritual formation that equips leaders for a lifetime of ministry health and significance.
Residents take ownership in ministry at Connection Pointe, leading in various areas and processing their experience through mentoring and feedback. There’s no better way to learn how to lead yourself, others, and teams than through intentional discipleship.
