When Something Happens—We Document It
This form helps us care well for students, support leaders, and follow up appropriately.
If something happens that needs attention, please don’t hesitate—report it.
What Should Be Reported?
Submit a report for anything that involves:
- Injury or medical concern
- Behavioral issues or discipline situations
- Bullying, conflict, or student-to-student issues
- Emotional distress or mental health concerns
- Suspected policy violations
- Anything that feels off, concerning, or worth noting
Before You Submit
If the situation is urgent or still unfolding:
- Ensure immediate safety of students
- Contact the Assistant Camp Director Craig Knisley (317) 350-5252 or Camp Nurse Liza Maricle (315) 420-2422
- Follow Emergency Procedures if needed
Then complete the report as soon as possible.
What Happens Next?
- The Camp Director will review your report
- Appropriate follow-up will happen (student, parent, staff)
- You may be contacted for clarification
- Reports are kept confidential and handled with care
